What commissions do you charge?

How do we value and set a price for my house?

We perform a detailed analysis of the current market, called a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). We analyze your home against similar recently-sold, pending and active listings to determine a target listing price that should attract buyers, and offers, for maximum value.



Do I have to sign a contract to list my home?

Real estate agents do need a signed Listing Agreement to legally publish your listing in the MLS, and it allows us to represent your interests for marketing purposes and throughout the sale transaction. Per Texas real estate law, listing agreements can be terminated at any time. 



How do I prepare my home to sell for the best price?

We’ll tour your home and discuss staging and other sale prep ideas when we meet. There are many easy DIY things you can do to make your home appealing to potential buyers. We’ll discuss ways to show off the best aspects of your home to potential buyers, too.



What do you do to sell my home?
